1. Service description

Maken is a weight-cutting planning tool for combat-sports athletes. It generates personalised weight-cut protocols, training plans, and coaching feedback using AI. The service is provided as-is and is intended as a planning aid, not a substitute for professional guidance.

2. Not medical or nutritional advice

Maken does not provide medical, nutritional, or dietary advice. All plans, recommendations, and coaching feedback are generated by AI for informational and planning purposes only. You should consult a qualified sports nutritionist, registered dietitian, or medical professional before making significant changes to your nutrition, hydration, or training during competition preparation.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old to use Maken. By creating an account, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

4. Your account

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You agree to provide accurate profile information, as the quality of generated plans depends on the accuracy of your inputs.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use Maken to generate plans for another person without their consent.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or abuse the AI features.
• Circumvent rate limits or access controls.
• Use the service for any purpose unrelated to athletic weight management.

6. Premium features

Some features require a Premium subscription. Pricing, billing terms, and cancellation policies will be published when billing launches. During the early-access period, Premium features may be granted at no cost.

7. Limitation of liability

Maken is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any injury, health issue, performance outcome, or competition result arising from the use of plans or recommendations generated by this service. Weight cutting carries inherent risks — you assume full responsibility for your decisions.

8. Account termination

You may delete your account at any time from Settings → Account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The “last updated” date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of Maken after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
